With continued growth across our business, Daniels Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Chicago team with a dedicated focus on building our sales organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and business leaders to attract and hire top commercial talent across the country. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales teams, leading recruitment efforts for Business Development Representatives, Account Managers, and other revenue-generating roles that drive company growth.
This role will be based onsite 3 days per week from our Chicago office with option for 2 days home working.
What you will do:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, including Business Development, Account Management, and other commercial roles
- Partner directly with Executive Directors, Vice Presidents, and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that support business growth
- Lead intake meetings, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future sales hiring needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on market trends, compensation, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process
- Support workforce planning discussions and help identify talent strategies that support organizational growth
- Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Daniels Health's position in the market
- Support additional corporate hiring needs as business priorities require
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 recruitment experience, agency or in-house
- Proven success recruiting Business Development, Account Management, Outside Sales, Territory Sales, or other customer-facing commercial roles
- Confident, persuasive communicator who builds strong relationships and influences outcomes
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple roles and deliver at pace
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and candidate experience
- Quick thinking, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
