Department Overview

The Facility & Engineering team ensures safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of

fulfillment centers by maintaining infrastructure, equipment, and systems. We minimize

operational risks and enable continuous performance through preventive and corrective

maintenance.

Role Overview

As Technician, you will own the maintenance and reliability of warehouse equipment and

infrastructure. You will perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns, and ensure

compliance with safety standards. By securing equipment uptime and functionality, you will

directly support the smooth operation of fulfillment center processes.

What we expect from you

● Owns maintenance and repair of technical equipment (automation, conveyors, racks,

infrastructure).

● Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

● Ensures compliance with health and safety standards in all facility activities.

● Provides input to facility inspections, reporting, and technical documentation.

● Supports continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen facility reliability.

What we look for

Required

● Proven experience in technical maintenance or facility operations.

● Strong problem-solving and crisis-handling ability.

● High reliability, attention to detail, and safety awareness.

● Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.

● Effective communication skills.

● Technical High School

Preferred

● Degree or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics field.

● Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or automation environments.

● Facility systems uptime and reliability.

● Preventive maintenance schedule compliance.

● Safety inspection pass rate.

● Response time to breakdowns.
