The Opportunity
Our client is seeking to appoint two Trustees to join its Board and contribute to the strategic oversight, governance and long-term sustainability of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the organisation
- Support effective oversight of risk, compliance and organisational performance
- Provide constructive challenge and independent judgement
- Help ensure the organisation operates in line with its charitable objectives and governance responsibilities
- Support the long-term sustainability and institutional development of the organisation
- Contribute expertise, insight and professional experience to Board discussions
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation where appropriate
