About the Role

You'll sit at the centre of our commercial engine, supporting the VP Commercial and broader sales team across the full deal lifecycle — from pipeline to deployment. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to B2B sales in deep tech, not a spreadsheet-pushing corner seat.

Your Daily Business

Prepare offers, order confirmations, and commercial documentation

Track and maintain deal pipeline from opportunity to order execution

Organise customer meetings including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up documentation

Keep CRM data accurate and up to date; support pipeline reporting Create and refine pitch decks, customer presentations, and sales materials Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance on commercial handovers and cross-functional topics

Base Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Economics, or similar) Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Comfortable with structured data and tools (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets) Proactive, reliable, and hands-on working style Fluent in English and German
