Role Overview

The Business Development Executive at CARMA is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that will drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business development team by researching potential clients, reaching out to leads, and helping to convert prospects into valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to the needs of prospects
  • Maintain and update pipeline and CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-up activities
  • Assist in market analysis and track industry trends to better understand the competitive landscape and client needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content aimed at attracting new clients
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to represent CARMA and foster relationships with potential clients
  • Track and report on sales activities, providing insights into progress and opportunities for improvement
