About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of data and business intelligence (BI) products across Southeast Asia. This role requires a strong product-led mindset, deep analytical capabilities, and proven experience leading complex data/BI initiatives in fast-paced digital environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with regional stakeholders, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to build scalable, data-driven products that create measurable business impact. Experience in e-commerce or social commerce environments is highly preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for regional data, BI, and analytics-related initiatives across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Drive product discovery, define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and regional market needs.
- Own and manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization process to maximize business impact and ROI.
- Lead the delivery of complex BI/data platform projects, including data visualization, reporting frameworks, analytics enablement, and internal tooling.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to define scalable data models, product requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and drive product decisions based on data insights.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution across the product lifecycle while proactively mitigating delivery risks and blockers.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to continuously improve product offerings and identify growth opportunities.
- Promote and strengthen a product-led culture across teams, advocating for customer-centric and data-driven decision making.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers/product owners where applicable.
- Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices, emerging technologies, AI/data trends, and industry developments.
