Responsibility: Lead creative strategy across a portfolio of high-growth brands, driving measurable performance improvements through data-backed creative systems and strategic 
Reports to: Head of Creative
Location: Fully Remote with optional access to a London Office.
Compensation: £50,000 to £60,000

We’re building something different at Launch With Us. Our focus is simple: driving real, measurable impact for brands on a high-growth journey-from £1–2M in revenue to £5M, £6M, £7M and beyond. This means having a direct influence on how the brands we represent operate, not just their ad accounts. We manage over £10M in paid media across Meta and TikTok for brands like Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five, and Aromatherapy. Our approach is a strong blend of data-led media buying and creative that actually converts, and we’re now building out the team to take things to the next level.

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Strategist who can lead creative strategy across a portfolio of high-growth brands, turning performance data, consumer insight, and commercial objectives into scalable creative systems that drive measurable growth. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic excellence and commercial acumen. You'll act as the senior strategic lead for clients, influencing creative direction, mentoring junior team members, and partnering closely with founders, account leads, media buyers, editors, and designers to unlock performance at scale.

You'll be responsible not only for developing winning creative concepts, but also for building the frameworks, processes, and testing systems that enable brands to scale sustainably.
