Backed by over $27M in funding from premier venture capital firms like General Catalyst and Jump Crypto, the company has processed $50B+ in trading volume and generated significant revenue within the last year. Operating as a lean, high-velocity team, our client is currently scaling its operations to meet the demands of high-volume macro traders.
The organization is seeking a Talent Operator to serve as the first dedicated internal talent hire. This is not a traditional recruiting role; it is a strategic "internal engine" position designed for an individual who views talent acquisition as a complex operational puzzle. Working directly with the founding team, the Talent Operator will build the infrastructure necessary to scale the company toward 200 employees, with a clear trajectory for professional advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the internal hiring machine by liaising with hiring managers to define roles and coordinating with elite external search firms to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Founder Partnership: Collaborate closely with the founders to define high hiring bars and ensure a world-class experience for every candidate.
- Systems and Data Management: Maintain full ownership of the CRM/ATS, ensuring data integrity, precise tracking of candidate interactions, and timely follow-ups.
- Operational Execution: Direct the logistics of high-volume scheduling and interview coordination, ensuring the recruitment process runs with maximum efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the hiring lifecycle and build scalable processes to resolve them.
