Enfinity Global is looking for an Administration Control Engineer (Financial) to support the financial and administrative management of renewable energy projects.

The role is focused on ensuring accurate budget tracking, maintaining project financial documentation, and monitoring cash flow forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. The position will work closely with technical, financial, and project stakeholders to ensure that financial operations are aligned with contractual requirements and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project budgets and update budgets accordingly
  • Maintain and organize contractual and administrative documentation databases, including contracts, invoices, and supplier documentation
  • Track invoices throughout the full lifecycle, from certification approval to payment
  • Ensure invoices comply with contractual conditions and include all required supporting documentation
  • Monitor and update project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying variances
  • Maintain and regularly update project cash flow forecasts based on project progress and financial conditions
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, including:
    • Weekly Cashflow Reports
    • Monthly Budget Variance Reports
    • Monthly Budget Consolidation Reports
    • Updated financial models and internal committee presentations
  • Support the Technical Control Manager in preparing documentation for utilization requests
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms within cash flow forecasts
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation
  • Maintain financial tracking tools, including the “under construction” financial model
  • Support continuous improvement in financial tracking and reporting processes
