In This Role

As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide operational and administrative support to a large, fast-paced team environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day team functions, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, supporting events and morale initiatives, and helping drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day team operations, including onboarding, offboarding, headcount tracking, and organizational updates
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics such as equipment requests, access coordination, and new hire readiness
  • Assist with employee transitions, team changes, and operational processes
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, team events, morale activities, and offsite logistics
  • Partner with finance and business operations teams on budget tracking, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and accrual support
  • Manage equipment, space requests, hardware inventory, and team supply coordination
  • Maintain distribution lists, team sites, shared documentation, and organizational materials
  • Provide limited calendar coordination support as business needs evolve
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and approved vendors while adhering to company compliance and engagement policies
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support large-scale team coordination efforts within a complex, matrixed organization

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of administrative, operations, or business support experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees or large teams
  • Experience coordinating team events, meetings, morale activities, or offsites
  • Experience managing equipment, inventory, hardware requests, or workplace operations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
  • Experience supporting large teams or organizations with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a large enterprise or technology-focused environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or high-volume operational teams
  • Familiarity with employee data systems, headcount management, or HR reporting tools
  • Experience with procurement, travel coordination, expense management, or budget tracking
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations
  • Previous experience supporting engineering, infrastructure, security, or cloud-based teams is a plus
  • Prior experience with enterprise onboarding/offboarding processes and operational coordination preferred

Salary Range 

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $25– $27 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
