We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back-Office Support Assistant to support our internal administrative operations. The role will provide assistance across Finance, Human Resources, and Internal Affairs activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate administrative support.
This position is intended as a open to candidates with disabilities (categoria protetta), in line with company inclusion objectives. The role is fully remote, but the person needs to be resident in Veneto.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and back-office activities
- Assist with finance-related documentation, invoicing, and data entry
- Provide support in HR administration and employee documentation
- Help maintain internal records and company files
- Coordinate internal communications and organizational tasks
- Support compliance and internal administrative processes
- Collaborate with management on operational and reporting activities
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information
