Are you the kind of person who loves keeping a laboratory running like clockwork? Do you enjoy being the person a team can rely on, organised, proactive, and always one step ahead?
At LEX, we’re developing ultra fast PCR diagnostics designed to transform point of care testing. As part of our growing Biology team, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, helping scientists move faster by ensuring our laboratories, systems, reagents, and workflows operate smoothly and efficiently every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving laboratory deliveries and maintaining accurate stock system records
- Supporting freezer organisation and maintenance of viral and bacterial storage materials
- Carrying out and documenting laboratory cleaning and contamination monitoring activities in line with company procedures
- Supporting scientists with routine laboratory tasks including reagent preparation, lyophilisation support, and experimental setup
- Assisting with the installation, setup, and training of new laboratory equipment
- Maintaining accurate records within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Supporting continuous improvement of laboratory systems and processes toward ISO 13485 compliance
