We are looking for motivated, commercially curious graduates to join our Business Unit team at PROPTECHSOLS (Private) Limited — the Sri Lanka operations arm of Homey Technology Ltd, a fast-growing UK PropTech and conveyancing company.

This is an early-career opportunity for individuals who communicate clearly, take initiative, and want to build a career at the intersection of technology and property services. You will support day-to-day business operations, engage with clients and stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and contribute towards revenue generation within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Unit in daily operational and administrative activities

• Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams

• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships

• Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business-related documentation

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Respond to client enquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions

• Participate in meetings, business discussions, and strategy sessions

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly
