This role is for 35 hours per week.
The Belong catering services are an integral part of our villages, so we need the very best Chefs who will ensure that customers come back time and time again. As a Chef, you’ll be working with the catering team to provide our customers with experiences that are memorable for all the right reasons.
Our Chefs are responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and catering services within the village and most importantly for producing food that is delicious as well as nutritious and attractively presented. We see good food and hospitality as the glue that holds a successful event or special occasion together.
You should have the kind of personality that wants to achieve at all times, and the skills to ensure that food is presented fresh, appetising and tasty every time.
There will be opportunities for you to develop the bistro from day one, after all, the more ideas you come up with for improving our menu and helping the Bistro and Catering Manager to increase business, the more you can develop your role.
