The role

As a Compliance Administrator, your primary purpose is to ensure that all regulatory and compliance risks are identified, managed, mitigated, and reported across the company. This involves conducting monitoring reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and formally implemented standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring outstanding tasks on Electrum’s compliance frameworks tracking tool, coordinating internal and external audits, and reviewing incident reports to determine compliance impact. You will maintain a compliance calendar, track risk logging, and coordinate with the Legal Counsel and Compliance Management team to communicate potential risks, implement policies, and ensure employees are aware of their compliance obligations. You will also contribute to corporate governance by preparing management reports (e.g., QBR and MBR) and taking minutes for compliance meetings.
