We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Compliance and AML Officer - CySec in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

Reporting to: Head of CySec Compliance

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day assistance for the Compliance Officers across relevant jurisdictions

- Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements, license conditions, and reporting obligations

- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulations

- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business; advise senior management on required actions

- Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions, and risk management frameworks in accordance with regulatory standards

- Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions

- Support license applications, renewals, variations, and regulatory filings

- Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams

- Liaise with legal, operations, and senior management to ensure compliance is embedded across the organization

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced or professional compliance qualifications are an advantage)

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role with demonstrated CySec licensing exposure

- Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory regimes and compliance expectations

- Hands-on experience with AML/CFT regulations, KYC procedures, and regulatory reporting

- Proven experience interacting with offshore regulators and managing regulatory correspondence

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
