In This Role, Your Goals Will Be:
In Three Months:
- Build a solid understanding of digital content planning and campaign implementation, delivering work accurately with minimal supervision
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Planning, Finance, Trading) and external partners (vendors, publishers, agencies)
- Demonstrate ability to manage campaign timelines and execution processes efficiently
- Support and guide junior team members on daily tasks
In Six Months:
- Manage campaigns independently from planning to execution and reporting, ensuring delivery against timelines and KPIs
- Strengthen understanding of publisher, vendor, and influencer ecosystems to support effective campaign execution
- Review and validate work from junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Translate campaign data into basic insights and recommendations for optimization
- Build confidence in evaluating content performance across digital formats
In 12 Months:
- Contribute to campaign strategy development and support creation of content plans and proposals
- Take ownership of day-to-day management for assigned brands or campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and execution processes within the team
- Act as a key coordinator between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide consistent coaching and support to junior team members
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Develop learnings from past campaigns and apply them to improve ongoing and future executions
- Support campaign planning, including preparing calculations, content plans, and recommendations aligned with guidelines
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports with performance summaries and basic insights
- Ensure smooth day-to-day campaign coordination to maintain client satisfaction
- Prepare and lead weekly WIP updates for assigned campaigns
- Develop KOL/influencer shortlists and support negotiation to achieve competitive pricing
- Coordinate with creator agencies, publishers, and vendors for campaign execution
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, and test-and-learn initiatives
- Supervise and review work from Executives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Required Competencies:
- 2–4 years of experience in advertising, digital, PR, social media, or influencer marketing agency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and digital content ecosystem
- Ability to derive insights from consumer, trend, and competitive analysis
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing platforms and formats
- Able to guide junior team members while still being hands-on in execution
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
