WE ARE

We are a creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive creating work that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we're proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, Adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

  • Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 18 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more

  • A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro

What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Clearly articulate ideas to colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Contribute to new business activities, help outline and write pitch decks
  • Ensure all output meets or exceeds agency standards for craft, grammar, and brand alignment
  • Find adaptable solutions that maintain the integrity of a concept despite budget constraints or shifting client requirements
  • Manage multiple priorities and assignments with quick turnaround times and deliver high quality work, on-time and with accuracy
  • Clearly articulating ideas to colleagues and interpreting feedback to ensure a cohesive final product for the client
  • Integrate AI into the creative strategy phase, using it to brainstorm campaign concepts from a brief or to propose novel linguistic approaches for a brand
  • Leverage AI to summarize extensive research documents, quickly identifying and extracting key selling points to inform creative work
  • Identify trends and opportunities as they emerge in social that stay true to our brands
  • Work collaboratively with a large team of creatives from ideation to execution by helping to ensure ideas are created and brought to life

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • A robust knowledge of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to defend and explain creative choices to internal teams
  • Experience leading small creative brainstorming sessions
  • Positive “can-do” attitude
