We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, and real estate financial operations. This role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, supporting investments, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Manage company cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
  • Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, investments, acquisitions, and developments
  • Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analysis for new projects
  • Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Support senior management with strategic financial decision-making
  • Oversee MIS reporting and present financial insights to management
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and development teams on financial planning
  • Improve internal financial controls and reporting systems
