Why this role

We ship faster than we can tell anyone. We're building a proper product launch motion at Duvo, and we need someone to own how the brand shows up to the world — turning what we build into work our audience actually wants to watch, read, and click.

This is a hands-on craft role. You'll be the person who knows our audience inside out and produces the craft that lands with them across every format.

What you'll own

  • How the Duvo brand speaks to our audience, end to end — from concept and creative direction through final execution

  • Launch assets across formats: video, motion/animation, web, visuals, and copy

  • A consistent, distinctive brand expression as we scale — building the systems and templates that keep quality high at speed

  • Close partnership with product, PMM, and engineering to translate complex technical capability into clear, resonant narratives

What we're looking for

  • A strong portfolio spanning multiple formats — ideally including video and motion

  • Someone who moves fluidly between big-picture thinking and daily, tactical design execution

  • Deep audience instinct: you start from who we're building for, not just what looks good

  • Comfort making things by hand and using AI, where it sharpens the work

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with real ambiguity

Nice to have

  • B2B / enterprise or technical-product experience

  • Experience building a brand or creative function from an early stage
