We’re looking for a Data Analytics Lead who's a practical problem-solver. The ideal candidate has strong problem solving and analytical skills, and is able to work with others to turn ideas into action. They don't stop at finding a neat solution to a problem - they want to implement change and see the results of their work. They’re comfortable with data, ready to tackle tricky problems in ambiguous situations, and able to partner with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
First Circle is changing small business banking in the Philippines. The sky is the limit for someone who wants to get stuck in and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- The role will report directly to Senior Leadership and offer high exposure to the executive leadership team, working on strategic priorities.
- There will be limited repetitive or process-based work. The majority of the focus will be on projects that deliver real business impact.
- Projects will vary in nature, scope, and duration, making this role ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and tackling new challenges.
- Example projects could include:
- Restructuring our analytics tables to ensure consistency across the firm, fast retrieval, and user-friendly creation of new metrics.
- Diagnosing issues with our sales funnel and working with our sales team to improve processes, including AI-automated solutions where possible.
- Building a churn-prediction model that will help us to pre-emptively engage with customers at critical junctures.
- Conducting price elasticity analysis and designing and implementing experiments to test the hypotheses.
- Automating our weekly and monthly reporting to surface insights and allow us to see the “so what."
