Role Purpose
You are joining Perci at a pivotal moment in our journey as we transition from start-up to growth stage and build a more mature Product organisation.
As a product-led company, what matters most to us is the experience and outcomes we deliver for our members. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology and service innovation, helping shape how we scale meaningful impact for people living with and beyond cancer.
You will work alongside the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer as part of Perci's Product leadership team to build an entirely new model of connected cancer care.
Together, the Product leadership team is responsible for creating thoughtful, innovative and effective products and services that enable us to scale our impact to hundreds of thousands of people affected by cancer across the UK and beyond.
Our 20:20 vision is ambitious: reaching 200,000 members with an average engagement of 20 months, delivering meaningful, long-term impact beyond treatment.
As Head of Product, you will lead a team comprising:
- Product Managers – responsible for defining requirements, leading discovery, prioritisation and execution across our product portfolio.
- Future product capability – including product operations, design and user research functions as the team evolves and scales.
Your team will support and enhance our core product suite:
- Perci Guide – screening and prevention services
- Perci Navigator – cancer navigation and personalised support
- Perci Clinic – outcomes-focused multidisciplinary cancer care
You will be directly accountable for ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable value for members, partners and the wider organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Clinical Outcomes, Technology and Data teams, you will translate clinical models and user needs into scalable digital products, define how success is measured and continuously improve our products through evidence and insight.
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful - shaping not just products, but a new model of connected cancer care at scale.
