We are looking for an In-house Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and support project finance, financing operations, and M&A activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact transactions, with a particular focus on structured finance and banking and financial matters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including financing agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and other ancillary agreements
  • Provide legal advice on financing, banking transactions, and M&A activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions through legal analysis and interpretation of relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes
  • Guide internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices related to financing and M&A transactions
