The Junior CRM Specialist supports new user acquisition and activation by executing onboarding and early-lifecycle CRM campaigns. Key Responsibilities

New User Onboarding & Activation

  • Execute CRM journeys guiding users from:

CRM Campaign Execution

  • Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, and other available channels
  • Ensure correct segmentation, eligibility, and timing of campaigns
  • Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager on campaign logic and priorities

Promo Execution Support

  • Assist in setting up and validating promo logic using promo tools
  • Ensure new user offers are applied correctly and only to intended segments
  • Support QA and monitoring during campaign launches

Reporting & Optimization Support

  • Track and report key activation metrics such as:
    • First booking rate
    • Time to first booking
    • First to second booking conversion
