Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
  • Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships and support children’s needs.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures.
