LOCATION: Olympia, West Kensington, W14 8UX

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week,

SHIFT PATTERN: 22:00 - 06:00, 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends - 8-hour shifts

PAY RATE: £14.80 per hour

ABM UK is seeking reliable and proactive Cleaning Operatives to join the soft services team at a brand-new, high-profile multi-use complex in West Kensington, London. This landmark development will include corporate offices, event venues, leisure facilities, and restaurants, and is currently in the pre-opening phase.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas of the site. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including weekend work and shift-based availability, to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-footfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards across designated areas.

· Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber-dryers and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively.

· Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

· Report any defects, issues, or hazards promptly to the Team Leader.

· Assist with waste management and recycling processes.

· Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and use resources efficiently.

Requirements

· Good understanding of verbal and written English.

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work overtime when required.

· Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Desirable

· Previous experience in a cleaning role.

· Experience operating cleaning machinery e.g., scrubber-dryers, waste compactors (advantage but not essential)

· Full UK driving license (advantage but not essential)
