At Factorial we're looking for a new

Partner Account Executive

for the

RoW (Rest of the World) market

. This role is designed for commercially minded professionals with strong B2B sales experience and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders. You will work directly with strategic partners, defining and executing joint business plans, leading the sales process of Factorial in complex environments, and coordinating the partner’s commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

🧩

Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners, generating new business opportunities.

Design and execute joint action plans to increase demand generation and commercial conversion.

Deliver

tailored product demos

and lead the

full consultative sales cycle

.

Participate in events, industry forums, and executive sessions with partners and prospective clients.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to ensure excellence throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 🔍

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation environments.

Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and complex sales cycles.

Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and results-driven attitude.

Fluent in English

AND

one RoW language (french, portuguese, greek, czech, romanian, etc)

🌍

Nice to have

Experience in channel management, partnerships, or partner ecosystems.

Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Strong command of social selling strategies, especially on LinkedIn.
