People & Culture Advisor

Salary: £35,000 per annum  
Location: The Eliott Hotel, Gibraltar  
Working Hours: 39 hours/ week, Monday - Friday 

Join us as People & Culture Advisor, and you'll be at the heart of our people efforts at Gibraltar’s leading hotel. Collaborating closely with our department heads, you'll craft strategic plans that align with our business goals. Ensuring a positive experience for teams, you'll provide timely communication, feedback and support every step of the way. 

Beyond managing our top talent at The Eliott, you'll assist with onboarding our new hires, making their transition smooth and welcoming. You'll also promote our employer brand locally and regionally, and your commitment to compliance will uphold ethical practices and legal standards.

Job requirements:

• Previous HR experience required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Confident Spanish speaker

• Understanding of Gibraltar employment law 

• RTW in Gibraltar
