Your role at Hostinger
We’re looking for a Pricing Strategist to join Hostinger’s Revenue team, focused on designing monetization strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue expansion.
In this role, you’ll shape how we package, price, and monetize our products across the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance to develop commercial strategies that maximize customer value while supporting sustainable business growth.

Your day-to-day
Hostinger is growing rapidly, and so is our product portfolio. As we continue expanding beyond hosting, we’re looking for a Pricing Strategist who will help shape how our products are packaged, bundled, and monetized across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you’ll own initiatives that influence how customers discover, purchase, and expand their usage of Hostinger products.
Develop monetization strategies that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth;
Design pricing models, packaging structures, and commercial policies aligned with customer value and business goals;
Lead offering experiments, using data and customer insights to validate opportunities;
Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking;
Drive offering, bundling, cross-selling, and product positioning initiatives to increase customer and cohort LTV;
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to influence strategic business decisions.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to improve monetization outcomes, influence high-impact decisions, and create sustainable growth opportunities across the business.
Your skills and experience
Beyond the skills listed below, we value a growth-oriented, resilient mindset - someone who is energised by impact, willing to take responsibility for decisions, and views setbacks as input, not failure.
Have 3+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, strategy, growth, product, or business analytics roles;
Have experience developing pricing, packaging, or monetization strategies that drove measurable business impact;
Understand a variety of monetization models, including subscription, usage-based, and add-on driven businesses;
Are highly analytical and comfortable using data to evaluate opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions;
Can balance customer value, product strategy, and commercial outcomes;
Influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams;
Are comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and incomplete information;
Have experience using SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.

Compensation
Gross salary from 5000 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
