Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

- Department: Product
- Reports To: Chief Product Officer / VP of Product
- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Level: Mid-Senior (3–7 years)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for key product areas and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business outcomes.

You will play a central role in defining the "what" and "why" of our product, translating market insights, user needs, and business goals into clear product strategy and well-scoped features.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT STRATEGY & VISION

- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on strategic value and user needs
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging user behaviors

DISCOVERY & RESEARCH

- Lead continuous discovery through user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable product insights
- Define and track north star metrics and key product KPIs

EXECUTION & DELIVERY

- Write clear, detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment
- Make smart trade-off decisions under uncertainty and ambiguity

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Communicate product plans, progress, and impact to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Gather and balance input from sales, marketing, customer success, and executives
- Present roadmaps and feature rationale clearly and confidently

POST-LAUNCH & OPTIMIZATION

- Monitor product performance post-launch using analytics tools
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data signals
- Document lessons learned and build institutional product knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

- 3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing products from discovery to launch
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Experience writing detailed PRDs, user stories, and product specs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

PREFERRED

- Experience with HR technology, recruitment, or talent management platforms
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Background in UX research or design thinking
- MBA or equivalent business/technical degree
