About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product initiatives within the Socom domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operational users to identify pain points, define product requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product features.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather business requirements and define product priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Drive product roadmap planning and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to continuously improve the product.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Socom domain.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives for newly launched features.
