Isometric is the AI-native certifier of climate solutions.

We combine scientific rigor with best-in-class technology to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change.

Our customers, including Microsoft and Google, trust us to help them avoid greenwashing.

We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot).

Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had.

Things you’ll do in this role:

  • Own a portfolio of validation & verification projects to enable suppliers to comply with Isometric’s requirements and issue high-quality environmental certifications.

  • Deliver world-class customer service to Isometric suppliers and verifiers. Be the trusted operator our partners rely on – driving pace, coordination, and scientific rigour.

  • Build the system to streamline Registry Operations, and work closely with Isometric's Technology, Science and Growth teams to inform the development of our verification platform, processes and offerings.

Things we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional project management skills – attention to detail and time management. Tech-savviness with a drive to use the latest tools.

  • Proactive ownership, readiness to voice opinions and a willingness to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward.

  • Relentless curiosity to gain and use technical knowledge to help Isometric suppliers and verifiers understand and apply the requirements of Isometric protocols.

This role isn’t for you if:

  • You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.

  • You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.

  • You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
