About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Amenitiz, your primary objective is to generate qualified outbound opportunities for the Sales team. You are the first conversation a hotelier has with us - which means your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and match our solution to a genuine business need directly shapes the quality of our pipeline.

We serve independent hoteliers across Europe: family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains that have long been underserved by technology designed for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, we have a product with proven market fit. You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to the people who use it.

 

Your mission

  • Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound prospecting - cold calling, email, and LinkedIn - with a focus on the [French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese] market

  • Engage prospects with a consultative approach: understand their operational challenges before presenting a solution

  • Build trust and credibility quickly, converting meaningful conversations into live product demonstrations for the Sales team

  • Maintain high outbound activity while preserving the quality of each interaction

  • Manage lead data and pipeline activity accurately in HubSpot, ensuring reliable forecasting

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates

About you

  • Minimum one year of experience in a sales or business development role

  • Italian native speaker with strong written and verbal English

  • You listen before you pitch and adapt your communication style to the person in front of you

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volume without losing attention to detail

  • Driven by results and motivated by working in a performance-oriented environment

  • Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or online travel is an advantage
