About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships DACH, to expand our demand footprint across independent agencies and advertising partners.

This role is focused on new business development and demand activation, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling programmatic deals, particularly Private Marketplaces (PMPs). This position is based in Hamburg with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

In this role you will

  • Identify and win new demand partners across independent agencies and advertisers
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline into measurable revenue growth
  • Drive PMP deal creation, activation, and scaling with clear revenue ownership
  • Develop tailored programmatic strategies based on partner needs
  • Deliver consistently against revenue targets and growth KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and transparent CRM pipeline management
  • Collaborate internally to ensure successful onboarding and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand and monetize existing partnerships
  • Stay up to date with market trends and demand opportunities

Success in this role will be measured by

  • New business revenue generated (quarterly and annual targets)
  • Number of new demand partners onboarded
  • PMP deal volume, activation rate, and revenue contribution
  • Pipeline coverage, conversion rate, and deal velocity
  • Growth of revenue from independent agencies and advertisers
  • Contribution to overall DACH demand growth
