Responsibilities

  • Partner with Advertisers: Collaborate with local teams of national and international advertisers to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop effective Spotify campaigns.
  • Grow New Business: Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities.
  • Drive Campaign Success: Help advertisers plan, execute, and measure campaigns, offering insights to optimize performance and grow revenue through renewals and upsells.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze campaign results daily, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate Internally: Work closely with ad-operations and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.
  • Manage Client Terms: Oversee payment structures, invoicing, and contractual agreements.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of the evolving digital media landscape and adapt to Spotify’s ongoing product innovations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships, manage complex accounts, and influence business decisions.
  • Track record of translating marketing objectives into measurable results.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns using data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and a results-driven mindset.
  • You are passionate about digital media and eager to learn and innovate.
  • You inspire confidence in clients and colleagues through professionalism, curiosity, and energy.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can navigate challenges with creativity and resilience.
