Role Summary and Impact:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead performance-driven digital media implementation, focusing on Programmatic Video, YouTube, OTT/CTV, Meta, and TikTok campaigns.
This role primarily focuses on stakeholder management, media consultation, and hands-on campaign operations, requiring strong expertise in media buying planning, campaign implementation, optimization, pacing management, and performance delivery across large-scale branding campaigns.
The candidate will work closely with regional HUB teams, platform partners, internal teams, and client stakeholders (media team/ brand team) to ensure smooth campaign delivery and strong media performance. The role also requires providing consultation to internal teams on holistic full-funnel approaches including eCommerce onsite, CPAS, and TikTok Shop integration from a media perspective, while not directly handling eCommerce/social commerce execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Buying Planning & Implementation
- Develop detailed media buying plans based on client brief, campaign phasing, KPI, and budget allocation.
- Build and manage media plans, budget trackers, pacing files, and implementation documents primarily in Excel.
- Lead end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking coordination, QA, monitoring, and optimization across platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and delivered according to agreed timeline and KPI.
- Propose innovative media ideas and emerging solutions for branding campaigns (optional)
Platform Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- DV360
- Google Ads / YouTube
- OTT/CTV inventory
- Meta
- TikTok
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, frequency, viewability, VTR, CPM, CPCV, CTR, and other performance metrics.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate with platform partners to resolve campaign challenges.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with hub teams, platform partners, ad operations teams, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution alignment.
- Coordinate with media planning teams to ensure implementation accurately reflects approved media strategy and phasing.
- Support internal teams with media recommendations and platform best practices.
Full-Funnel Media Consultation
- Provide guidance to internal teams on holistic campaign approaches including:
- eCommerce onsite media
- Facebook CPAS
- TikTok Shop ecosystem
- Support alignment between upper-funnel branding campaigns and lower-funnel commerce objectives.
- Collaborate with commerce teams when integrated campaigns are required.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare campaign reports, performance updates, and post-campaign analyses.
- Consolidate learning and optimization recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and report quality across all campaign deliverables.
Skills and experience:
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital media buying, campaign management, or performance media operations.
- Strong hands-on experience managing branding campaigns across programmatic video and social platforms.
- Experience working on FMCG clients or large-scale media accounts is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- DV360
- Google Ads / YouTube
- OTT/CTV buying
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of campaign implementation, optimization, pacing, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Excel skills for media planning, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Understanding of digital media metrics and campaign performance analysis.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively with regional/global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Scope Clarification
- This role is primarily focused on media buying operations, implementation, optimization, and campaign delivery.
- This role is not responsible for strategic communications planning or hands-on eCommerce/social commerce operations execution.
- The role may provide consultation and support on holistic media integration across branding and commerce ecosystems.
