The Marketing Manager role at Noble Panacea is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for driving the brand’s marketing performance across HK/SG. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies (digital, social, influencer, content) while also leading trade marketing initiatives to maximize retail sell-through, in-store visibility, and retailer partnerships. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with sales and retail teams. This position demands both strategic agility and operational execution to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance in a highly competitive market.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Brand & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead social media strategy and influencer/creator collaborations.
  • Manage performance marketing (paid ads, email, SEO) to drive business growth.
  • Oversee content creation (educational skincare guides, tutorials, before/after campaigns).
  • Partner with PR & community agencies to amplify brand storytelling.
  • Share key competitor showcases and market analysis on monthly basis.

Product Launches & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute high-impact product launches, including go-to-market strategies, PR, and promotional activities.
  • Develop compelling storytelling and creative assets (video, photography, copy) in collaboration with creative teams and agencies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (product development, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

KOL Management:

  • Fully understand China KOL / KOC landscape across all social platforms, being able to come up with KOL / KOC strategy.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage KOL / KOC with social agencies. 
  • Build solid and trackable social KOL/ KOC measurement standard to ensure the success of influencer marketing for the whole group. 
  • Source, identify and build sustainable partnership with paid social platforms, KOL and brand advocates in a holistic social marketing management.
  • Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery. 
  • Deeply understand the detailed tactics of KOL management, be able to drive traffic to online/offline sales touchpoints through social / KOL activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness with measurable KPIs.

Trade Marketing & Retail Execution

  • Design retailer-specific promotions, merchandising strategies, and in-store activations (retailers, department stores, etc.).
  • Work closely with sales teams to train retail staff on product benefits and brand messaging.
  • Develop POS materials (testers, displays, signage) that enhance brand visibility in-store.
  • Analyze sell-through data and adjust trade spend for maximum ROI.
  • Plan sampling programs, GWPs (gift-with-purchase), and retailer-exclusive launches.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and department store partners.
  • Monitor competitor trade activities and identify growth opportunities.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs: brand awareness, conversion rates, retail sell-through, promo ROI.
  • Report on campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time.
