Senior Project Manager – Platform and Partner Integrations

We are now looking for a self-motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving telecom operators, application providers, and software development partners. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, and vendor organizations to ensure successful deployment and integration of Radian Arc’s GPUaaS and Cloud Gaming platforms.

This position will also play a key role in strengthening Radian Arc’s Project Management Office (PMO) by implementing best practices, improving project governance, and standardizing processes across the organization.

You will work with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, so flexibility to collaborate across international time zones is required.

What you will do

Program and Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for deployments involving telecom operators, cloud gaming platforms, AI/ML workloads, and GPU infrastructure.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales, and Operations.

Vendor and Partner Coordination

• Act as the primary coordination point between Radian Arc and its application provider partners (e.g., cloud gaming platforms) and other software development vendors.
• Ensure vendor deliverables align with project requirements, technical integration timelines, and customer expectations.
• Facilitate regular project status reviews, integration planning sessions, and cross-vendor coordination meetings.

Customer Deployment Support

• Work closely with telecom operator customers and channel partners to coordinate platform deployments, system integrations, and service launch activities.
• Ensure alignment between infrastructure readiness, application onboarding, and operational handover.

PMO Development and Governance

• Help establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, templates, and reporting frameworks across Radian Arc projects.
• Implement project governance structures including risk tracking, change management, and escalation procedures.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reporting, and executive dashboards.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-team issue resolution and escalation management for complex technical or operational challenges.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide clear and consistent project status reporting to internal leadership, customers, and partners.
• Translate technical and operational progress into concise updates for executive stakeholders.

Continuous Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination across engineering, operations, and partner organizations.
• Help scale project management practices as Radian Arc expands its platform deployments globally.

What you’ll need

Key skills:

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams, both verbally and in writing 
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical delivery roles
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Experience working with telecommunications operators, cloud infrastructure platforms, or data center environments
• Familiarity with cloud computing, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, or cloud gaming platforms is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Experience building or improving PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
