We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join a growing technology business building a modern operational and financial management platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and broader business systems.
This is an opportunity to work on a commercial-grade platform focused on operational visibility, forecasting, reporting, workflow automation, and business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, and leadership teams while contributing to the growth of a scalable and evolving product ecosystem.

Ideal Profile
- Experience developing software using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure or cloud-native development environments
- Experience working with GitHub, source control workflows, and collaborative development practices
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Familiarity with API integrations and modern web services
- Experience with front-end web development technologies and frameworks
- Understanding of databases, data structures, and system integration concepts
- Knowledge of secure software development principles and secure-by-default practices
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, automation, and orchestration tooling
- Experience with Upsun or Platform.sh environments will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership
- Eagerness to learn and adapt across multiple technologies and environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within structured delivery teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable contributing ideas while also taking direction from senior stakeholders
- Demonstrates accountability, discipline, and professionalism within software engineering practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern software applications across front-end and back-end environments
- Contribute to the design and development of a commercial business platform integrated with Dynamics 365
- Support the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
- Contribute to front-end web application development where required
- Build integrations with Azure services, APIs, automation platforms, and broader business systems
- Assist with infrastructure-aware software development practices
- Support automation and orchestration initiatives within cloud environments
- Work with GitHub repositories, pull requests, branching standards, and source control disciplines
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment processes
- Contribute to structured delivery practices, technical standards, and documentation
- Apply secure-by-default thinking and minimum viable secure software principles
- Contribute to improving engineering quality, delivery maturity, and operational reliability
- Collaborate closely with developers, leadership, infrastructure engineers, and project stakeholders
- Participate actively within a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly and effectively
- Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset
