  • Design and implement standardized cross-functional reporting tools and dashboards to ensure consistent, transparent status updates across the global portfolio.
  • Lead the deployment of new launch standards across the organization, providing necessary training and tools to ensure successful adoption by local execution teams.
  • Establish continuous improvement feedback loops from current launches to refine and update standards, ensuring lessons learned are formally integrated into future processes.
  • Monitor the application of launch standards globally to ensure consistency and compliance, intervening to course-correct process deviations as needed.

You Bring:

  • Proven track record in the design and organizational roll-out of high-level launch standards, reporting protocols, and budgetary frameworks.
  • Ability to conceptualize complex manufacturing and engineering workflows into repeatable, scalable processes.
  • Deep mastery of automotive launch and quality gate systems, specifically for powertrain and vehicle assembly.
  • Ability to create intuitive, data-driven systems for managing multi-million dollar launch budgets and critical path timing.
