Join ProCook as our new Store Manager, and lead the launch of our brand‑new One Change - St Pauls store in London.

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for great food, great products, and exceptional customer experiences? ProCook is looking for an experienced Store Manager to bring energy, expertise, and leadership to our newest store opening in High Wycombe.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand‑new team, build a positive culture from day one, and deliver the outstanding retail experience ProCook is known for.

As Store Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving commercial performance and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your leadership will be key in creating a motivated, high‑performing team and achieving strong results in a brand‑new location.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.

As part of your onboarding, you’ll complete mandatory training including two days at our Head Office in Gloucester and four to eight weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.

  • Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming store environment.
  • Drive sales performance through effective product presentation, promotions, and commercial decision‑making.
  • Oversee daily store operations including stock management, merchandising standards, and compliance.
  • Analyse store performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
  • Create a positive, collaborative culture where your team can grow, develop, and succeed.
