We are currently seeking highly motivated Hindi-speaking Talent Sourcers based in India to support high-volume hiring initiatives for Hindi language data and annotation projects. 

This is a fast-moving, performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who: 

  • Understand the India hiring market  
  • Know how to source candidates through local communities and networks  
  • Are familiar with high-volume recruitment environments  
  • Can communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking candidates  
  • Are resourceful, organized, and proactive with outreach and follow-up  

 

Position Overview 

This is a freelance, project-based, performance compensation opportunity and is NOT an hourly or salaried recruiting role

Compensation is tied directly to successfully activated candidates who complete the required recruitment and onboarding process. There are no guaranteed hours, hourly wages, retainers, or fixed salaries associated with this opportunity. 

We are looking for individuals who can: 

  • Source high-volume candidate pipelines  
  • Conduct recruiter screenings  
  • Maintain organized recruitment activity  
  • Submit accurate candidate documentation  
  • Move candidates efficiently through onboarding and compliance workflows  

This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are comfortable operating independently with accountability and urgency. 

Preferred Background 

We strongly prefer candidates who: 

  • Are based in India  
  • Understand the local India job market and sourcing landscape  
  • Have experience sourcing for entry-level, freelance, BPO, annotation, operations, or gig-style opportunities  
  • Are familiar with sourcing through:  
  • WhatsApp communities  
  • Telegram groups  
  • Facebook groups  
  • Local job boards  
  • Referral networks  
  • Campus/community outreach  
  • Understand how to communicate freelance/project-based opportunities clearly to candidates  

Hindi fluency is strongly preferred. 

Project Scope 

You will primarily support hiring for: 

  • Hindi language data reviewers  
  • Entry-level AI annotation and data labeling projects  
  • Basic data annotation, tagging, labeling, and content review tasks  
  • Simple, repetitive, guideline-based AI data operations work  
  • Flexible, freelance AI data operations roles supporting global technology and AI initiatives  

These projects typically involve: 

  • Reviewing short-form content  
  • Following structured client guidelines  
  • Basic quality review and categorization tasks  
  • High-volume execution-based workflows  
  • Repetitive annotation and data review work requiring consistency and attention to detail  

Because these are language-focused AI projects, candidates being sourced should: 

  • Have strong Hindi and English language abilities  
  • Be comfortable reading and writing in both Hindi and English  
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of following structured instructions carefully  
  • Be comfortable with repetitive, high-volume task work  
  • Have access to a reliable laptop or computer  
  • Have stable Wi-Fi/internet access to support remote work and onboarding activities  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach 

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, Telegram groups, referrals, job boards, and independent outreach  
  • Build and maintain active sourcing pipelines  
  • Conduct recruiter screenings in Hindi and/or English  
  • Clearly explain project expectations, onboarding process, and freelance structure to candidates  
  • Maintain strong candidate communication and follow-up throughout the process  

Recruitment Operations & Activity Tracking 

  • Submit interview notes and candidate updates accurately in Workable  
  • Process candidate documentation and onboarding details  
  • Coordinate with HR regarding onboarding and compliance requirements  
  • Track sourcing activity, candidate progress, and operational updates daily  
  • Maintain organized pipeline visibility and recruitment reporting  

 

Activation Definition 

A candidate is considered “Activated” only once all of the following steps are completed: 

  • Recruiter screening/interview completed  
  • Interview notes submitted in Workable  
  • Candidate documentation processed  
  • HR onboarding paperwork completed  
  • Client compliance forms submitted and completed  

Only fully activated candidates qualify for payout. 

 

Compensation Structure 

Performance-Based Compensation Only 

This opportunity operates on a per activated candidate compensation model only and is NOT paid hourly. 

Talent Sourcers are compensated exclusively based on successfully activated candidates completed within the recruitment process. 

Compensation 

  • $0.75 USD per activated candidate  

Biweekly Volume Incentives:

Activated Candidates 

25 Activations = +$5 USD 

50 Activations = +$10 USD 

75 Activations = +$15 USD 

100 Activations = +$25 USD 

125 Activations = +$35 USD 

150 Activations = +$50 USD 

175 Activations = +$65 USD 

200 Activations = +$80 USD 

Important Notes 

  • Bonuses are calculated based on fully activated candidates within the applicable biweekly payout cycle  
  • Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant submissions will not qualify toward activation totals or payouts  
  • There are no guaranteed earnings or minimum payout amounts  
  • High-volume activation opportunities may be available depending on project demand and operational needs  

 

Qualifications 

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills  
  • Comfortable with high-volume sourcing and outreach  
  • Organized and detail-oriented  
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments  
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels preferred  
  • Previous sourcing, staffing, BPO, recruiting, or community management experience is a plus  
  • Hindi and English communication skills strongly preferred  

 

Mandatory Virtual Meetings (Pacific Standard Time) 

All team members must attend: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time  
  • Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time
