As our Technical Operations & Systems Coordinator, you are the backbone of our field success. You own the full asset lifecycle – ensuring every demo system is configured, tested, and shipped flawlessly. Traveling to customer sites, you handle hands-on setup, system operations, and drone flying so demonstrations run without a hitch. You report to the Team Lead Tech Sales, working closely with sales engineers and support crews to enable commercial success.

What you'll do

  • Drone operation and testing: Operate advanced drone systems during scheduled field demonstrations. Conduct necessary field tests to verify performance parameters. Maintain high safety standards while flying systems in diverse environments.

  • Asset lifecycle management: Own the full inventory tracking of our entire demo fleet. Coordinate regular maintenance and manage component readiness levels. Maintain detailed documentation and strict configuration control records.

  • Service and support collaboration: Partner with the Service & Support Team for technical troubleshooting alignment. Transfer practical knowledge gathered from your field deployments. Integrate valuable user feedback directly into the engineering loop.

What you bring

  • MBO4+ or HBO level education in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or Aviation.

  • 3+ years of practical experience in technical operations or field engineering.

  • Strong hands-on technical capability with complex hardware and software systems.

  • Experience with Linux operating systems and networking tooling is a plus.

  • Practical, solution-oriented working style focused on solving real problems.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across different teams.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations and demonstration events.

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.
