If so, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Respond to internal users inquiries via phone, email, and online chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support

  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets

  • Contribute to maintaining and developing up to date Knowledge Base

  • Create and maintain employee accounts in Active Directory and O365

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or similar role

  • Experience with Microsoft Products and O365 Administration is considered advantage

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and operating systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • User-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Category B driving license is an advantage.
