The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Executive to join our TikTok Shop team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the creator economy, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role sits within our Affiliate team, working closely with the Affiliate Managers across the UK and US, and will be the engine that keeps our affiliate programme moving at scale. This is a brilliant entry point for anyone looking to build a serious career in TikTok Shop and influencer marketing, with real hands-on experience from day one.
What You Will Do
You will own the operational heartbeat of our affiliate programme, from managing creator outreach and sample requests to supporting community engagement and campaign coordination. Day to day, you can expect to:
- Manage and process high volumes of creator sample requests with speed and accuracy
- Execute daily outreach, including mass creator invites and targeted campaign activity
- Scout and identify new creators who align with our brand values and performance goals
- Support creator onboarding, briefing, and content review processes
- Act as a real-time point of contact across affiliate communities (Discord, Lark, and beyond)
- Handle affiliate-related queries covering products, commissions, and logistics
- Maintain accurate tracking of creator activity, content delivery, and campaign statuses
- Support asset organisation, usage rights tracking, and invoice coordination
- Assist with broader campaign execution and day-to-day administrative tasks
