Responsabilities:

  • Plan, develop, and deliver new hire induction and refresher training.
  • Liaise with Operations and Quality teams to assess and plan training needs.
  • Keep up to date with all processes, procedures, and product changes.
  • Review, amend, and update training content as appropriate.
  • Measure and analyze training effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help design, deliver, and evaluate training for both technical and soft skills.
  • Create and administer agent knowledge assessments, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and development sessions as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
