About the Role

Are you passionate about bananas? Do you believe that no overripe banana should ever go to waste? Can you tell the difference between "perfectly baked" and "just one more minute"?

If so, we are looking for a Working Student Banana Bread Baker (m/f/d) to join our growing Banana Excellence Team.

In this role, you will support our mission to create the world's most delicious banana bread while ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and banana utilization.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and baking fresh banana bread

• Monitor banana ripeness and quality

• Experiment with new banana bread recipes and toppings

• Conduct taste tests and document findings

• Support daily bakery operations

• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Advocate for sustainable banana usage across the organization

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university or college

• Passion for baking and food preparation

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and proactive working style

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Appreciation for bananas is highly desirable

• Previous baking experience is a plus but not required
