How JobGrid.eu works
Last updated: May 10, 2026
JobGrid.eu collects public job signals, validates that listings remain useful, and adds candidate-facing context before linking back to the original application page.
1. Collection and checks
JobGrid.eu discovers public career pages and hiring-platform boards, fetches visible job data, and keeps records separate from any other project. Source availability checks revisit published jobs and remove listings when the source repeatedly disappears or the job becomes stale.
Listings older than the configured public age limit are retired from public search, sitemaps, and job structured data.
2. Added context
The site normalizes locations, work style, employment type, seniority, role categories, original language, source freshness, related jobs, company context, and salary information when reliable signals are available.
The original employer description is preserved, while JobGrid.eu adds separate facts and explanations so users can tell which content comes from the source and which context was added by JobGrid.eu.
3. Application flow
Apply buttons send candidates to the original employer or hiring-platform page in a new browser tab. Optional lead capture does not block candidates from continuing to the source application.
Outbound apply links can include non-personal referral parameters so destinations can identify JobGrid.eu traffic.
