About the project  

As a Senior AI Platform / Developer Experience Engineer, you will bridge the gap between machine learning operations and software engineering infrastructure, designing and optimizing the tools, frameworks, and platforms that power our AI development lifecycle. You will focus on enhancing developer productivity, streamlining model deployment pipelines, and ensuring that our engineering teams can build, test, and scale AI-driven applications with minimal friction and maximum efficiency.  

What you’ll do 

• Design and maintain robust AI infrastructure and developer platforms to accelerate the internal machine learning lifecycle. 

• Build seamless CI/CD pipelines tailored specifically for machine learning models and AI application deployment.  

• Optimize cloud resource utilization and compute clusters to ensure cost-effective and high-performance model training. 

• Develop internal CLI tools, SDKs, and automated workflows to improve the daily developer experience for AI teams. 

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to standardize infrastructure requirements across projects.  

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability tools for tracking both system infrastructure and model performance. 

• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the platform in compliance with industry best practices. 

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and MLOps tools into the existing ecosystem. 

• Provide technical mentorship and documentation to internal engineering teams to facilitate smooth platform adoption. 

• Streamline data engineering pipelines to ensure efficient data access and preparation for AI development. 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, merge request workflows, and pipeline debugging. 

• Senior-level backend/platform engineering experience with the ability to maintain and improve existing systems. 

• Experience working with LLM, prompt-driven, or agentic workflows, including input/output validation and deterministic execution patterns. 

• Strong understanding of observability, including logging, telemetry, debugging, run tracking, and operational visibility. 

• Experience supporting internal developer tools or platforms used by multiple engineering teams. 

• Ability to execute tactical improvements independently without requiring re-architecture or extensive direction. 

• Comfortable reviewing and improving generated code changes, codemods, and automated merge requests. 

• Strong communication skills for supporting internal engineering customers and translating use cases into implementation work. 

• Willing to work on a short-term project. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
