What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - from business development to candidate placement
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships across the tech market
  • Sourcing top-tier talent within a vertical of your choice.
  • Driving revenue and playing a key role in our continued growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (tech markets preferred)
  • Background or exposure to any of the following: infrastructure/support, data, AI, product, development, or transformation
  • A high-performance mindset with a hunger for success
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing environments
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial recruitment business

What You’ll Get

  • High effort = high reward earning potential (Commission 20% minimum, rising up to 50%, uncapped)
